A trained member of our staff will professionally collect the amount of blood or other specimen required for the selected test, carefully label and package the specimen for transport, and have it delivered to our CLIA-certified laboratory for analysis. For many tests, you will receive the results the next day.

May I get tested anonymously?
Yes, you may be tested without giving your identity for DNA, STD, and Drug tests at one of our full service locations or with our Mobile Service. However, if you are going to use the test results as evidence in court or you are being tested as part of an employer sponsored drug screen, a valid ID will be required.
Are the test results confidential?
Yes, but you may use an alias if you prefer when getting tested at one of our full service facilities or with our Mobile Service. You are the only one who receives the test results unless you specifically direct otherwise with a signed HIPAA release.

Do I need an appointment?
No, just stop by our local collection facility at any time we are open and you will be tested without delay. It will take about 15 minutes. How and when do I pay for my tests?
You pay at the time you order the tests. We accept cash, money orders and credit cards.
Is my test order refundable?
No, there are no refunds once a test has been ordered.
Will my insurance, Medicare or Medicaid pay for or reimburse me for a lab test?
Probably not, and at this time All LabTests Fast does not accept any insurance. All payments must be made by cash, money order or credit card. Please check with your insurance company about reimbursement matters.
If I don’t have insurance can I still use All LabTests Fast®?
Yes, many of our customers do not have insurance and choose to use us for their healthcare testing because we are fast, affordable, confidential, convenient and reliable.
If I have health insurance can I still use All LabTests Fast®?
Yes, but you will have to pay us for the lab test. At this time we do not accept insurance. You will have to check with your insurance company to determine whether there will be any reimbursement to you. We have many customers who are insured, but still choose to use us so they can avoid the costs of high deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, and long waiting periods. This is in addition to being able to get tests quickly and at affordable prices when tests they want are not covered by their insurance, for example, in situations involving elective procedures, testing more often than covered by insurance, tests not considered by a doctor as “medically necessary,” and others.
When will I receive my test results?
Most test results will be available within 24 to 48 hours.
How will I receive my test results?
You can access your test results via your online account using a secure password or you can choose to have your results provided to you by fax, mail, email or pickup (may vary by location). Confidentiality is of the utmost importance to All LabTests Fast®.

Should I fast before I get tested?
It depends on the test. Certain tests require up to 12 hour fasting before a specimen should be collected. Please contact our staff before the test to learn if fasting is required for the test you have ordered.
If I order multiple blood tests, will I need to have more than one needle stick?
No; it is common to order several tests from one blood draw.
Will I be able to understand the test result?
The test result is provided in an easy to read format that shows clearly if the test result is within the normal range. You should confer with your doctor or other healthcare provider about any questions regarding your test results, including abnormal or out of range test results. What if my test result shows an abnormal value or is out of range?
We strongly recommend you promptly discuss the test result with your doctor or other healthcare provider for evaluation, diagnosis and possible further testing.
How reliable are the test results?
Very reliable, we use only federally and state, CLIA-certified, clinical laboratories, the same laboratories used by doctors and hospitals.
Will my doctor see my test results or receive a copy of the results?
We deal directly and confidentially with you. If you sign a HIPAA release form and direct that we send your doctor the results, the results will be forwarded to your doctor.
Are my results admissible in court?
Yes, if you get the chain of custody test.
If I haven’t received my test results in 24 to 48 hours, what should I do?

Do I have to show an ID to get tested?
DNA, STD and drug tests (non-DOT) may be obtained anonymously at one of our full service locations or with our mobile service. If you are having a test to be used in court or that is sponsored by an employer, as well as a DOT drug or alcohol test, a photo ID is required. A photo ID is also required for all tests when you use one of our collection centers.
How does All LabTests Fast® protect my privacy?
May a minor be tested?
Yes, but minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. If you bring a minor to be tested and you are not that minor’s parent or legal guardian, you will need to bring a notarized statement signed by the parent or legal guardian authorizing you to give permission for the collection of the specimen.
